Gawie Venter has purchased a rundown commercial building in Klerksdorp. For the Deal to work Gawie needs to revamp the premises within a budget and have tenants occupy the building as soon as possible. The team comprises of Benjamin, the contractor and his 8 month pregnant wife Estelle. Lwazi is the aspiring marketer who has to find a reliable tenant. They have one month before the marketing drive to renovate and revamp the site. Will they make it in time? Will Gawie lose money or will the venture be profitable?
